Privacy notice
For the demo-request form on tourgen.ai. Last updated 23 October 2026.
Who we are
This site is run by Tourgen (a Go East product). If you have a question about your details, write to hello@tourgen.ai.
What we collect
Only what you type into the demo-request form:
- your name, your agency's name and its country;
- your work email address;
- your team size;
- whether you will be at WTM London, and your message, if you choose to add them.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads, as with any web request.
Why we use it
To reply to you and arrange your demo, at WTM London or online, and to follow up about that demo and a possible pilot. We do not add you to a newsletter and we do not sell or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering a request you sent us, and taking steps at your request before a possible contract.
Where it goes
Your request reaches us by email, or through the form service we use to receive it. Only the people who arrange demos can see it.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests for up to 12 months after our last conversation with you, then delete them. If you become a customer, your details move to our customer records and are kept for as long as the contract requires.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you. Write to hello@tourgen.ai and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the data-protection authority in your country.
